The Hurricane Festival takes place in Germany at Scheeßel, Lower Saxony in Northern Germany near Bremen and Hamburg. The festival has been backed by MTV in the past and is a well established as one of the most popular festivals in Germany and Europe. Hurricane 2010 will be the 13th Huricane festival having first taken place in 1997.
